Yummy Baked Stuffed Lobster Tails

Preparation Time : 15 Minutes
Cooking Time : 50 Minutes
Serves : 8

Ingredients :

Lobster tails – 8 (cooked with shells reserved but meat removed)
Bread crumbs – 2 cups
Butter – 1 cup
Worcestershire sauce – 2 tsp
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Method For Preparation :

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees C or 325 degrees F.

Step 2

Take the baking pan and line it with aluminum foil. You need to prepare it for baking the lobster tails.

Step 3

Take a bowl and combine the ingredients such as the cooked lobster meat, butter, bread crumbs, salt and Worcestershire sauce in it.

Step 4

Now take the lobster tails which you emptied. Fill them with the crab meat stuffing and brush it with some olive oil. Get them ready for the baking part.

Step 5

Place the stuffed lobster on the baking pan. Cover the lobster tails with the foil on the baking pan. Just covering it with the edges of the aluminum foil would do.

Step 6

Bake till the stuffing gets cooked. This should take about 45 minutes to 50 minutes time.

Step 7

Take it out of the oven once you get a glazing golden color. Your dish is ready to serve. You can serve it with a yummy mayonnaise dip too.
