Egg Noodles With Chinese Sausage Recipe

The craze towards Chinese dishes has so increased in the recent years that the Chinese sausages can be found easily in almost any Asian market. Also, the Chinese items are delicious to eat and look both. Therefore, for its appearance and taste both it gets a full 10 always. Also, they are healthy and involves mainly egg, and non-vegetarian. Egg Noodles With Chinese Sausage

10 ounce of flat chicken rice noodles
2 teaspoon of oil (some more for noodles)
2 eggs (properly beaten)
1 teaspoon of chilli oil
1/3 pound of Chinese sausage (sliced diagonally)
6 scallions (trimmed and sliced diagonally)
3 big garlic cloves (peels and sliced thinly)
2-3 baby bok Choy heads
1 cup of shiitake mushrooms (remove stems and slice caps)
¼ cup of soy sauce
2 teaspoon of oyster sauce
2 teaspoon of rice wine
A little pinch of sugar
4 teaspoon of cilantro (chopped)

Direction To Prepare:

Step 1

As this is a stir-fry dish, get all the ingredients collected and slice them up (if not sliced) before you begin with the recipe.

Step 2

Heat oil in a wok over medium flame and add noodles in the oil. You may also proceed as given in the rice noodles package. Once cooked, drain the noodles and pour little extra oil to keep the noodles from sticking to the surface of the wok. Once done, keep the noodles aside.

Step 3

Heat one teaspoon oil in a large sauté pan. Adjust the flame to medium. Now add the beaten egg in the oil and stir fry it is well cooked. It will give the appearance of a scrambled egg once cooked. Slice the cooked egg into strips and place aside.

Step 4

Take a wok and add chilli oil and the normal oil in it. Adjust the flame to medium. Add sausage and stir fry for some time or until it becomes fat or turn slightly brown. Add garlic and scallions and stir fry for some more time. Now add Bok Choy plus mushroom and keep on stirring. Once the vegetable is softened and wilted, add noodles and egg (prepared above) to it. Stir to mix properly. Pour oyster sauce, rice wine, sugar and soy sauce to the mixture. Stir until it is heated thoroughly. In the last step, you must add cilantro. Toss the cilantro properly and then serve in a plate.
