In our today’s recipe, I will be using a chocolate dessert in a different style. If it is the birthday party of your kids, make this for them and their friends. They will want to eat it again and again. This recipe takes very less time to make and it’s very easy to make as well. The mixed taste of chocolate and almond make the dish more delicious. From outside, it will look like a normal chopped almond ball. But when you give a bite on it, the lovely smooth delicious liquid chocolate will touch your tongue. Yummy! Isn’t it? 250 grams of milk chocolate
100 grams of heavy cream ( You can buy any tetra pack of cream)
250 grams of semi sweet dark chocolate
1 cup of whole almonds

Step By Step Instruction For Making The Recipe:

Let’s Follow Some Simple Steps To Make This Delicious Dessert:

Step 1:

Cut the dark chocolate and milk chocolate into small pieces. Microwave the whole almond on high power mode for 3-4 minutes to toast it. After that, chop them into small pieces.

Step 2:

Take a heatproof bowl. Add the heavy cream into it. On high power mode, boil the milk for 3 minutes. When the cream will be hot enough, add the chocolate chips which we have made at step 1 into it. By a whisker, whisk the chocolate chips with the cream very well. Now microwave this chocolate mix cream for 4 minutes on 60% power. Stir once in between. When the cream will become thick and heavy and all the chocolate chips will get diluted into the cream, take the bowl out from the oven.

Step 3:

Transfer this heavy thick cream into a small bowl and put it in the freezer for at least 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hours. Take this truffle mixture out from the freezer after 2 hours.

Step 4:

After 2 hours, take out the frozen truffle mixture and make round balls with around 3/4 inch diameter. There will be around 16 balls from the given measurement of chocolate and cream.

Step 5:

Spread the chopped almond on a tray or a cookie sheet. Now take around 125 grams of dark chocolate chips in a microwave proof bowl and melt the chocolate.

Step 6:

Take one truffle ball that we made at step 4. Dip it into the melted chocolate of step 5 and coat it ball with the melted chocolate evenly. Pick up the ball with the help of a fork and immediately drop it onto the chopped almond. Wait for 5 seconds. Then roll the ball over the chopped almond to cover the ball completely. Make all the truffle balls ready like this.

Step 7:

Set all the balls for 5-10 minutes. You can serve it immediately or you can keep it on a tray and freeze it for later use.
