500 grams button mushrooms
250 grams boneless chicken
1onion, 10-15 cloves of garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
2 green chilies
1 lemon
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon canola oil and salt

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

Wash button mushroom well with hot water. Cut each of the mushrooms into four pieces.

Step 2

Cut chicken in small and thin square pieces.

Step 3

Peel onion and garlic. Remove onion flakes and mince the garlic. Chop green chilies and remove seeds. Dice both colored bell pepper. Squeeze lemon and preserve the juices.

Step 4

Add 1 tablespoon butter pan. Let it melt. Add 1 tablespoon canola oil. Add chicken pieces in the oil. Stir for a minute and lower the flame. Keep the lid on for 5-6 minutes. It will help chicken soft. After that, remove the lid and add minced garlic and dices onion. Stir them on high heat for two minutes. Add mushroom pieces now. Mix well now and again lower the flame and keep the lid on for 2-3 minutes. Mushrooms do not take much time to get soft. After removing the lid, add diced bell pepper and chopped green chili. Keep stirring and cook them on high heat. Add lemon 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice and salt to taste. Stir to mix everything and remove it from oven.

Step 5

Serve it hot with bread or steamed rice. If you like you can use this preparation as sandwich stuff.
