2 small or 1 large carrot
¾ cup green peas
10 cloves of garlic
2 ripe and red tomatoes
5 or 6 red chili
1 tablespoon oregano
1 bunch coriander
½ cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
cheese and salt
Methods Of Preparation:
Heat oil and fry 6 separate poaches with 6 eggs. Double fry them. Keep them aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add all the spice paste in the oil. Stir continuously to fry the paste. Now pour the tomato puree in it and add salt. Add red chili paste also. Mix well and pour some water. Let the gravy boil and add the egg poaches in the gravy. When gravy is almost dry, add carrot slices and green peas in the gravy. Remove the gravy from the oven and sprinkle some black pepper and oregano on the gravy. Add tablespoon butter in the hot gravy and keep the lid on. It will help to melt the butter and will lock the beautiful smell of pepper and oregano. After 5-6 minutes remove the lid and pour the gravy on a microwave proof bowls. Cover it with a thick layer of grated cheese. Pour the juice of grapefruit over the preparation. Now keep the bowl in the micro oven and heat it for 5-6 minutes to melt the cheese.
