Grilled Prawn Delight is a really yummy dish which can be served in a main course dinner menu. This recipe is made with simple ingredients from your kitchen. This awesome recipe does not contain so much of spice or oil so every body can eat this. Actually this awesome recipe is rich in aroma of garlic and herbs used in this recipe. If you do not have fresh herbs in your hand you can use dried ones for your recipe which are easily available in market. This superb dish is made with grilling procedure.
Grilled Prawn Delight:
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 7 Minutes
Prawn 12 (with skin)
Chopped Garlic ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder ¼ tsp
Organic Herbs (Rosemary or Thyme) ¼ tsp
Paprika a little
Olive Oil 60 ml
Lemon 2 (make juice out of it)
salt to taste.
First slit the prawns with a sharp knife length wise. Then marinate these prawns with a little lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes. It will release water; strain the water and keep it aside. Take the chopped garlic in a bowl and then add a little salt in it.
Then thaw both of the ingredients and pour it in a bowl. Then pour black pepper powder, herbs, paprika powder, olive oil and lemon juice in it.
Make a paste with all these ingredients mixing them with a spoon. Pour the prawns in another bowl and mix this prepared paste with these prawns.
Be careful for that the prawns must be coated from the both side with this paste. Now brush a non stick pan with little olive oil and put it on the flame.
When the pan is heated place the prawns in it. Cook the prawns for 2 minutes in high flame. When one side is done and turns red turn it to the other side. Cook this side in the same procedure. Do not overcook the prawns as it will turn hard if you over cook it.
When the prawn turns red, remove it from the flame. Your Grilled Prawn Delight is ready to serve. Pour it on a serving plate, sprinkle some lemon zest from the top and serve Grilled Prawn Delight hot.
