Salmon Rolls With Cherry Tomato And Spinach Broth

Salmon is a very popular fish worldwide and largely used in different kind of delicious dishes. This fish is really so tasty that what ever be the recipe it is a delicious one to eat. This is also a very popular recipe made with salmon cooked along with cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves. This awesome recipe is ideal for lunch or dinner and a easy one to prepare in your kitchen.

In this typical recipe the whole fish is not used, where as fillets of salmon fish is used in this recipe. First a filling is made with chopped French beans. Then it is used as stuffing when rolls are made with the salmon fillets. A broth is made with the boiled spinach, cherry tomatoes, mustard paste, green chili and all the other ingredients specified in this recipe. Finally the salmon rolls are cooked in this spinach broth and served with plain rice.

Salmon Rolls With Cherry Tomato And Spinach Broth:

Salmon Fillets 6
French Beans 100 gm
Nigella seeds 2 gm
cumin seeds 2 gm
Spinach Leaves 25 gm
Cherry Tomatoes 6-7
Mustard Paste 30 ml
Cooking Cream 40 ml
Green Chili paste 15 gm
Ginger Paste 5 gm
Turmeric Powder 2 gm
Olive Oil 20 ml
Salt and Sugar as per taste


Step 1

First clean spinach leaves properly with lots of water. Then fill a pan with 350 ml of water. Add a pinch of salt in it and allow it to boil. Then pour the spinach leaves in the pan and allow it to boil. When it is done discard excess water from it and then chop it finely. .

Step 2

Now chop the French beans in ½ inch size and pour them in a bowl. Then take a non stick pan and pour little olive oil in it. Then pour nigella seeds in it and wait until it splatters.

Step 3

Then pour chopped French beans in the non stick pan and stir it to cook. Add a pinch of salt and cook it for 5-6 minutes, while covering the pan with as lid.

Step 4

When the beans turns soft take them out of the pan and pour it on a separate plate. Allow it cool as it is to be used as stuffing in the rolls. Now clean the salmon fillets with water and strain excess water from it. Pour the fillets in a bowl.

Then add mustard paste, green chili paste and salt to taste in it. Mix them well. Then take each fillet and pour fried French beans filling in it. Make rolls with this fillet. In the same way make rolls with all the fillets.

Step 6

Now take a non stick pan and pour little olive oil in it. Keep it on low flame; then add ginger paste, chopped spinach, turmeric powder and green chili paste in it.

Step 7

Stir to mix and cook it for 5 minutes. Add a little water in it and stir it again. Then add mustard paste and cooking cream in to the pan. Also add salt and sugar to taste.

Step 8

Make halves of the cherry tomatoes and allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes. When the gravy of the sauce became almost done pour the prepared salmon rolls in the pan very carefully.

Step 9

Then put your gas on simmer, cover the pan with a lid and allow cooking it for 7-8 minutes. Serve Salmon Rolls with Cherry Tomato and Spinach Broth with plain rice.
