How To Cook Yummy And Lip Smacking Banana Loaf In Your Kitchen

Do you ever try Banana Loaf in your kitchen? It is so yummy and delicious to eat. But the recipe is quite easy so that you can try it in your kitchen. The recipe does not take so much of time. Moreover you can try this recipe with simple and easily available ingredients of your kitchen.

Banana Loaf:

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 40 Minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

All Purpose flour 2 ½ cup
Baking Soda 1 tbsp
Butter 2 cup
Baking Powder 1 tbsp
Mashed Banana Pulp 2 (use 2 ripe bananas)
Banana Essence few drops
Banana 1 (for garnishing)

Method:

Step 1:

Take a big bowl. Then pour butter and sugar in this bowl. You can use powdered sugar for this purpose. Mix both the ingredients with electric blender. When it turns to a creamy thick mixture stop blending.

Step 2:

In another bowl mix all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder. Then gently mix this dry mixture with the butter and sugar mixture. Beat it well with a hand blender.

Step 3:

Then pour mashed banana pulp and banana essence in this bowl. Again beat it with a hand blender.

Step 4:

Now grease a loaf tin with butter or margarine or refined oil. Now sprinkle a little all purpose flour in the all sides of your loaf tin. Then pour the whole batter in to the loaf tin. Make the top of your loaf with the help of a spatula.

Step 5:

Now bake this loaf in convection mode for 30 minutes. Then take it out from your oven and allow it to cool.

Step 6:

Now cut a banana into thin slices. Take a non stick pan and pour 1/3 cup of sugar in it. Allow it to boil in medium heat. When the sugar melts and turns golden, your caramel is ready.

Step 7:

Then pour the banana slices in the pan and stir them so that they get caramelized. Turn off the flame. Now take a serving plate.

Step 8:

Cut the loaf in thin slices and pour them on the plate. In one side of this plate pour caramelized banana and serve your Banana Loaf.

Tip:

When you are preparing caramel, just add little amount of butter in the pan to avoid sticking the caramel in the pan.
