Generally we use bread in our breakfast eating it with jam and butter. But you can do a lot with bread by making creative recipes. Here is the recipe of yummy Bread Manchurian for your evening snacks.

Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Onion 2 (chopped)
Ginger Paste 1 tea spoon
Chopped capsicum 3 table spoon
Chopped Garlic 4 cloves
Chopped green chili 2
Green & Red Chili Sauce 1 tea spoon
Tomato Sauce 2 tea spoon
Soy Sauce 1 tea spoon
Vinegar 2 table spoon
White Pepper Powder ¼ tea spoon
Corn flour 4 table spoon
Refined Flour 2 table spoon
Chopped Spring Onion 2 table spoon
Bread 8-10 slices
Refined Oil for dip fry
Pour corn flour, refined flour and salt to taste in a bowl. Now add proportionate amount of water in to it to prepare the batter.
Now cut the bread slices with a sharp knife in to small pieces. Take a non stick pan; pour refined oil in it and heat it in medium flame.
Now dip the bread pieces in to the batter and then deep fry them in medium heat. Fry until the pieces turns golden brown.
Take another pan and pour 2 teas spoon of oil it. Now pour chopped green chili, chopped Onion and Chopped Garlic in it. Stir it to fry. Add chopped Capsicum and Ginger paste in it.
Cook it until the spices get fried and a fantastic smell comes out of it. Add Chili sauce, Vinegar, White Pepper Powder in it. Stir to mix well.
Sprinkle a little water so that the spice do not burn and mix. Add salt to taste and stir the whole thing again. Add the fried bread slices in it. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
To make this snack healthy you can add a variation in it. Try to use brown bread instead of ordinary bread. The taste will be remained same.
