Clean and peel the tiger prawns. Devein and keep it ready. Chop the green chilli. Finely slice 2 cloves of garlic and crush 1 clove. Slice and shred the ginger finely. Besides, slice the red pepper and water chestnuts.

Step 2

In a food processor, take 1 clove of crushed garlic and chopped Thai green chilli. After 2 minutes, add the red pepper and fry for a minute or two. By this time, it will turn soft. Now add the sliced water chestnuts along with the beansprouts. Cook everything together until the sprouts start wilting. Sprinkle soy sauce over the vegetables along with salt and black pepper. Mix everything together and remove it in a dish.
