Korean Lamb Chop:

For Cooking You Will Need:
Lamb 300 gm (use small pieces for the recipe, preferably boneless one)
Brown Sugar 5 gm
Dark Soy Sauce 5 gm
Sugar 5 gm
Sesame Seeds 2 gm
Vinegar 5 ml
Olive Oil 15 ml
Rice Wine Vinegar 2 tbsp
For Marinating You Will Need:
Ginger Juice 2 tbsp
Garlic Juice 2 tbsp
Five Star Powder ½ tbsp
Clean the lamb properly with Luke warm water and strain excess water from it very well. Keep it in a bowl. Pour ginger juice, garlic juice, five star powder and salt to taste in it.
Mix them well with the pieces of lamb to marinate it. Keep the marinated lamb for some time. Then grill this marinated lamb in your oven in low temperature. Grill it until the lamb turns soft. Do not forget to apply a little olive oil when you are grilling the lamb. It will help you to moist the lamb.
When it turns soft stop grilling it. Now you have to prepare the sauce for your dish. For that take a non stick pan and pour olive oil in it. Allow it to boil in low flame. Then add chopped garlic, brown sugar, dark Soy sauce, Vinegar and rice wine vinegar in it.
Stir it well so that all the ingredients get mixed completely. Cook it until it goes thick. When it turns thick then your sauce is absolutely ready.
Now add the grilled lamb in the sauce. Stir it well so that sauce and the grilled lamb pieces get mixed. Cook it
for 1-2 minutes and then remove it from flame. Pour it in a serving plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top of it. Serve your Korean Lamb Chop hot in your snacks.
