Apple tart is a healthy and nutritious dessert dish for your kids. It is also very yummy too. Apple itself is a nutritious fruits which have lots of health benefits for human body. And when you make such a dessert with this fruit it is just awesome. This recipe does not take so much of time and it is easy to prepare. Try to prepare this tart as your evening snack or for your guests.

Cooking Time: 40 Minutes
For The Preparation Of Tart:
All purpose flour 125 gm
unsalted butter/ white butter 60 gm
icy cold water 4-5 table spoon
For The Apple Filling You Will Need:
Apple 5 (Medium)
Roasted Cinnamon Powder 4 tea spoon
Castor Sugar/ Powdered sugar ½ cup
(For frying the tart) Apple 4(Medium sized)
Butter 2-3 tablespoon
First take a bowl and pour all purpose flour and unsalted butter in it. Then slowly add water and knead both of the ingredients to prepare dough. Prepare soft dough and wrap it with a moist cloth or cling film. Then keep it in your refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take this dough out from your refrigerator so that it can come to the normal temperature. Now sprinkle some all purpose flour on your kitchen counter and roll out the dough in a circular shape.
Then grease a pie tin or mould with butter and keep it aside. Now pour the rolled dough into the pie tin like a lining at the bottom of the mould and also in the side of the pie tin.
Now preheat your oven in 180 degree Celsius. Then Bake it for 20 minutes in the same temperature. Wait until it turns golden.
Now it is the time to prepare the filling of the tart or the apple compote. For that remove the skin from the apple then cut it into small dice shape. Take a non stick pan and pour 2-3 table spoon of water in it.
Then pour the apple dices in it and cook it until the apple goes soft. Then turn off the flame and keep the pan aside so that the mixture gets cooled. Then pour this mixture on the tart or the pastry that you have made in previous step.
Now take all the other 4 apples and peel them. Then make thin slices from the apple so that each slice should look like the letter “D”.
Take a non stick pan and pour unsalted butter in the pan. Heat it in low flame and fry the apple slices in it. Pour roasted cinnamon powder in it and stir them carefully. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
Now garnish your pastry with these fried apple slices by placing them like the petals on the flower. Does it carefully so that the cooked apple slices remains intact. Serve your Apple Tart with apple custard or ice cream.
