Prawn cutlets are very popular snack around the globe and al most every body is familiar with them. Today I am sharing the recipe of this popular snacks dish. I have used all the simple ingredients in this dish. The cooking procedure is so easy that you can easily try this snack in your kitchen.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Large sized Prawn 8, Boiled Onion paste as required, Ginger-Garlic-Coriander leaves-Green Chili paste 2 table spoon, salt to taste, Vinegar a little, Egg 2, Bread Crumb required, rice flour little, Corn flour as required, Refined Oil (for deep fry).
First remove the skin of the prawns; but do not remove the skin of the tail portion of the prawn.
Clean the prawns in Luke warm water. Strain the excess water. Marinate the prawns with vinegar for 20 minutes.
Now take a medium sized bowl and pour boiled onion paste in to it. Also add Ginger-Garlic-Coriander leaves-Green Chili paste, egg and corn flour in it.
Add salt to taste and make a thick batter with all these ingredients. Be careful while preparing the batter as there should be no lump in the batter. Now pour the prawns in the batter and keep the whole thing in your refrigerator for some time.
Take a plate and pour corn flour in it. Also add rice flour in it and mix well both of them. Take another plate and pour bread crumb in it.
Now coat the each prawn with the corn flour- rice flour mixture and then dip in the batter again. Then coat the prawns with the dry bread crumb. Prepare all the prawns in the same method and keep them aside in a plate.
Now take adequate amount of refined oil in an oak and put the oak in medium heat. Pour all the ready prawns in the oil and deep fry all your prawns in this oil till they turn golden brown. Serve your prawn cutlet hot with tomato sauce and raw green salad.
We have used rice flour and bread crumb in this recipe which actually gives your cutlets a crispy texture.
