Mouth Watering Italian Recipe Of Grilled Fish With Lemon Butter Sauce At Home

Hello friends! Today I am going to share a very easy yet delicious recipe with you. This is Grilled Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce. Since it’s a fish item, using of boneless fish is preferable. I have used salmon fish here. Moreover, salmon fish contains lot of omega three which is very essential in our daily diet. However, you can use any other fishes as per your choice. Basa or Sardine fish can also be used to make this recipe. Also, you can simply replace the fish with boneless chicken pieces. All procedure and ingredients will remain same in that case as well. So friends, lets start of making our delicious mouth watering Italian recipe Grilled Fish With Lemon Butter Sauce.

We Would Be Making Four Separate Items Which Will Be Served Together. These Are:

1. Grilled Fish
2. Saute Vegetables
3. Cheese potato
4. Lemon Butter

Let’s start with Grilled Fish.

1. Grilled Fish:

As I said earlier that I am using here salmon fish fillets. Any boneless fish fillet can be used to make this recipe. Fish can also be replaced with chicken. The process of making will remain same.

Grilled Fish

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Making Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 2


We would need the following very simple ingredients:

4 piece of Boneless fish fillets
2 tsp of lemon juice
2 tsp of mustard sauce ( You can get it any departmental store. Also, you can use simple mustard powder)
4 tsp of all purpose flour
1 egg
2 tsp of dry oregano
1 tsp red chili flex
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
4 tsp of olive oil

Method Of Preparation:

Let’s follow the following simple steps to make the grilled fish.

Step 1

Marinate all the fish fillets with lemon juice, salt, mustard sauce ( mustard powder alternately), all purpose flour, egg, dry oregano, chili flex and black pepper powder for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry all the fish fillets till they are golden brown. You can also grill the fish fillets for 10 minutes. In that case, you would need to brush oil on the fillets before grilling.

Our Grilled fish is ready. Let’s go to the next one.

2. Saute Vegetables:

Here I will be using colorful vegetables to make the dish attractive. Also, colorful vegetables contain lot of vitamin A which is very essential and beneficial for our health.

Saute Vegetables

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 4


Let’s check what we would need to make this:

1/3 cup of broccoli cut into medium pieces
1 cup of diced red and yellow bell pepper
1/3 cup of diced carrot
1/2 cup of diced baby corn
1/3 cup of diced yellow zucchini
1 tsp of freshly chopped parsley
1/2 tsp of dry oregano
1/4 tsp of red chili flex
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp of olive oil

Method Of Preparation:

We will be following the below easy steps to make this.

Step 1

Take all the vegetables in a big bowl and half boil them with salted water. Strain out the water. Keep them aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add all the half boiled vegetables into it. Saute on high flame for 5 minutes. Add salt, chopped parsley, dry oregano, red chili flex and black pepper powder in to it. Mix all of them properly. Switch off the flame.

3. Cheese Potato:

This is a creamy, buttery item which will give an extra flavor to our main dish. Let’s make it.

Cheese Potato

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 4


What we would need is:

3 medium size potato
1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
1/2 cup of grated cheese ( I use Parmesan cheese. However, you can use at your choice)
3 tsp fresh cream
2 tsp unsalted butter
1 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation:

Let’s make it with the help of the following steps:

Step 1

Peel the skin of the potato. Boil them into salted water. After they are fully boiled, mash them to make a smooth paste.

Step 2

Heat butter in a frying pan. Now add chopped garlic into it. When the raw smell of garlic will go off, add mashed potato into it. Fry for a minute on low flame. Add grated cheese, cream, chopped parsley, white pepper powder and salt into it. Mix all of them with the mashed potato very well. Switch off the flame.

We are now done with almost everything. Only the making of Lemon Butter is left. Let’s make it quickly.

4. Lemon Butter:

This is a five minutes item but the most important part of our today’s recipe. Let’s make it.

Lemon Butter

Preparation Time: 2 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Serves 4


1 Cup of unsalted butter
3 tsp of lemon juice

Method Of Preparation:

We would be following only one step to make this:

Step 1

Heat the entire butter in a frying pan. When the butter will start melting, slowly add lemon juice into it. Stir well so that the lemon juice can mix with the butter properly. Switch of the flame.
Our lemon butter is ready.


We are now done with our all the item. Now it’s time to serve them together. Let check how to do this:

Take 4 serving plates. Put the mashed cheese potato first. Now add the grilled fish filled on top of the potato. Put the saute vegetables at the side of the plate. Now top the grilled fish and saute vegetables with lemon butter sauce. Make all the four platter ready like this.
