Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

3 oz. butter
Coarse Real salt
Freshly chopped Parsley
Freshly chopped dill
Minced Garlic and clove
A pinch of white pepper
4-5 Salmon fillets
Steps To Follow:
All the other ingredients except the skillet should be mixed together in a bowl and then put in the microwave oven to melt. All the ingredients should properly mix to get the desired taste of the dish. It should be micro waved for about 45-50 seconds.
After taking it out from the oven, it should be stirred properly.
In the next step, after taking a baking sheet, the salmon fillets should be placed in the baking sheet to put it in the oven. Then with the help of a brush, the lemon herb butter should be properly brushed on the entire salmon. The butter should be evenly spread.
The oven should be pre heated to over 400oC and then baked on the top rack. The time should be about 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked properly and breaks with the use of fork itself.
Some people like their fish to me more crispy or in a caramelised form because of which the fish should be cooked for some more time. It can be broiled on medium flame for about 8-10 minutes and then served hot.
