Ground beef – 1 pound
Salsa – 1 1/2 cup
Kernel corn – 1 can whole
Salad dressing – 3/4 cup (creamy)
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Tortilla chips – 2 cups
Colby cheese – 2 cups
Method Of Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place the beef in a skillet over high heat. Cook and stir it to crumble. Do it till it gets brown. Drain the grease. Remove it from heat and stir in the corn and fresh salsa. Put the salad dressing. Make sure it is a creamy mayonnaise salad dressing. Add the chili powder too.
Now take a casserole dish and layer it with tortilla chips, ground beef and the cheese. Repeat the layers twice. The ending should be cheese. We want the yummy cheesy layer on top of the casserole. Make sure you put a generous amount of cheese in this dish.
