Boneless and skinless chicken Breasts – 1/2 kg
Gochujang Sauce- 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce- 2 ½ tablespoons
Chilly-garlic Sauce- 1 ½ tablespoons
Olive oil-2 tablespoons
Sesame oil- 2 tablespoons
Dark brown sugar- 2 tablespoons
Canola oil- 1 tablespoon
Roasted sesame seeds- 1 teaspoon
Grinded and Minced Garlic flakes – 1 tablespoon
Boston lettuce – 2 in number. Need to separate leaves, wash it and dried it
Sea salt-2-3 tablespoon, depending on taste and requirement
Green onions- 4
Cucumber- sliced it diagonally
For Garnishing:
Black pepper- ½ teaspoon
Garden-fresh Cilantro leaves- A handful

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1:

First of all wash the boneless and skinless chicken Breasts. Drain of the water and put this chicken into a medium size bowl. Now to it add the active ingredients for marination: sesame oil, soya sauce, gochujang sauce, chilly garlic sauce and brown sugar. Mix all these ingredients properly, so that each piece of chicken is properly coated with these spicy ingredients. Now cover the top of the container and place this bowl into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. In order to save your cooking time, you can also keep this marinated chicken in the refrigerator one day ahead of cooking for overnight.

Step 2:

Now take a wok or a skillet pan and heat it over a high heat initially, turning down to the medium flame later on.
