But the grilled chicken recipe that I am going to share with you, is completely a different tasted dish than other grilled chicken recipe. Here, in this recipe, I will be using bell pepper and corn along with the chicken. Also, I will be using honey which will give the chicken a very different kind of flavor. Like all Italian recipes, here also I will be using oregano. Using of oregano makes any dish just superb. This recipe is very healthy yet tasty dish. It also does not take a long time to be cooked. This is healthy because I am using colored bell pepper and we all know that bell pepper is rich with vitamin A which is very essential for our daily diet. 200 grams of boneless chicken cut into cube pieces
1 medium size American corn
1 medium size onion cut into cube pieces
1 tsp butter (You can replace the butter with olive oil to make it more healthy)
1 tsp of garlic paste
1 tsp of black pepper powder
2 tsp of honey
1 tsp freshly chopped parsley
1/4 cup of red bell pepper cut into cube pieces
1/2 cup of yellow bell pepper cut into cube pieces
1/4 cup of green bell pepper cut into cube pieces
1 tsp of vinegar
1/2 tsp of dry oregano
salt as per taste
10 wooden skewers
Method Of Preparation:

Soak the skewers in lukewarm water for at least 20 minutes. This makes the food grilled well.
Wash the chicken pieces very well. Now marinate the chicken pieces with salt, vinegar and black pepper powder for 10 minutes. Let the chicken pieces marinated. Meanwhile, take a mixing bowl. Add butter ( alternately olive oil), garlic paste, salt, oregano, some black pepper powder, honey, chopped parsley into it. Mix all of them very well. Keep the mixture aside.
Grill the American corn into the microwave for 3-4 minutes on high power. After that, cut the grilled corn into round pieces. The width of every piece will be around 1 inch.
Now mix the mixture that we have made at step 2 with marinated chicken pieces
and also with bell pepper and grilled corn. Keep them aside for another 20 minutes.
Take a skewer. Now put one piece of chicken, then one bell pepper piece, then a piece of a corn and then an onion piece. Repeat the same until the skewer is full with this arrangement. Make all skewer ready like this. Brush the honey and butter mixture ( the marinade made at step 2) over the skewers and cover the chicken, corn, bell pepper, onion of the skewer with this mixture.
Grill all the skewers for 8-9 minutes. Take them out. Brush the mixture again on it. Grill them for another 5 minutes. Our Chicken And Corn Skewers is ready to serve. Serve it hot along with green salad and a bowl of tomato sauce.
