Today I am going to share a very delicious yet easy recipe of Fish. This is Cheesy Pineapple Fish Bite. We often think what to give our kids as their evening snacks. The dish should have to be healthy and definitely tasty. Keeping this thing in mind, I am sharing this recipe today. Fish that I am going to use today is salmon fish. Salmon fish contains high vitamin and anti oxidant. Also, the taste of this fish is very nice. However, this recipe can be made by using any fish of your choice. But the fish has to be boneless. This recipe can be made by using chicken as well. Using of pineapple makes this recipe more healthy. If your kids do not like to eat fruits, make this tangy sauce to them, they will get the required health benefit and also will happily eat it. Cheesy Pineapple Fish Bite:
Preparation Time: 1 Hour
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
We would need some very easily available ingredients to make this.
500 grams of boneless fish fillet ( Preferably salmon fish)
5 piece of cheese slice
1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds
1/2 tsp whole coriander seeds
1 tsp of garlic paste
2 tsp unsalted butter
500 grams of pineapple cut into cube pieces
1/4 tsp of ginger paste
2 tsp of honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp of chili flex
Salt as required
100 grams of all purpose flour
Method Of Preparation:
We will be following some simple steps to make this easy recipe.
Wash the fish fillets very well. Now marinate this fillets with little salt, 1 tsp of lemon juice for 20 minutes. Whenever you are preparing any fish item, make sure you are doing this marination always. By this, the taste of fish increases and salt goes inside the fish. Heat a frying fan. Now add the whole cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds into this. We will be dry frying these seeds. When the seeds will start cracker, switch off the flame and cool down the seeds for 15 minutes. Now in a blender blend the dry fried seeds to make powder.
After 20 minutes of marination with lemon water, marinate again the fish fillets with the powder that we have prepared at step 2 and garlic paste for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, roll one fish fillet by one cheese slice. Now coat this rolled fish with all purpose flour. Make all the fish fillets ready like this.
Heat butter in a frying pan. Then fry the marinated fish till they become golden brown in color. Keep the fried fish aside.
Now we will be making the pineapple sauce. For that, firstly we need to blend the pineapple. Next take this pineapple puree into a pan and boil it. When the puree will become thick and heavy, slowly add honey, ginger paste, little chili flex and 1 tsp lemon juice one by one. Mix everything very well with the pineapple puree. Switch off the flame and let the sauce cooled down. You can keep this sauce in freezer for quick cooling.
