Grounded or Minced Beef: 1 kg
Bread-Crumbs: 4 slices
Onion (that should be properly grated): 4 tablespoons
Freshly chopped Parsley: ¼ cup
Freshly chopped Mint leaves: ¼ cup
Grounded coriander powder: Half tablespoon
Grounded Cumin Seeds: Half tablespoon
Cinnamon powder: ¼ teaspoon
Oregano: 1 teaspoon dried one or ¼ cup, freshly chopped
Garlic: 1 clove properly minced
Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Black pepper- Half teaspoon
Salt: 2 tablespoons or as per Requirement
Eggs: 2 in number that should be properly beaten
Feta cheese: About 2 ounces in cubed or crumbled form
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil : 1 cup, for frying
Flour: 1 cup for Dredging

Ingredients Required for Tzatziki Sauce:

Greek yogurt: 1 cup
Fresh English cucumber: ½ cup, grated and squeezed properly
Lemon: Juice of 1/2 lemon and remaining lemon is cut down into wedges for garnishing
Nutmeg: a Pinch
Fresh dill: 2 teaspoons
Salt: as per taste and requirement
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation:

Step 1:

Take a medium sized Bowl and put onion paste, parsley, mint leaves, minced garlic, all the above listed spices, lemon juice , black pepper and salt. Mix it properly, so that all the flavors and aroma of spices will be infused properly in this mixture. Cover this bowl with the lid and place it in refrigerator for about 12-15 minutes.

As a rule, the Greek meatballs are juicy and creamy from inside and crisper from outside. Now, take these meat balls one by one in a silver coated foil paper plate, so as to absorb the excessive oil.

Step 4:

If however, you are a fitness freak, then surely you don’t like the idea of deep frying these meatballs in excess oil. First of all preheat the microwave to 450⁰. Take a baking sheet, cover it with Foil paper and spray it with olive oil. put these balls on the baking tray and spray some olive oil on the top of these Meatballs.
