We all love steak, it is delicious and there are many recipes served in all over the world. For Asian steak bites, we marinate the scored steak, with the Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, we add the salt to the hot oil, we fry the steak to both the sides, we then cut the bites of it, we also fry the onions, garlic, peppercorns, rosemary, corn starch along with the steak bites, we bake the whole mixture and the dish is ready.

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes

Steak- 500 gm
Dijon mustard- 2 tablespoon
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil- 30 ml
Garlic cloves- 5
Peppercorns- 1 tablespoon
Green chili- 3
Corn starch- 2 tablespoon
Rosemary- 3 sprigs
Coriander leaves- 2 tablespoons chopped
Salt- as per taste
Methods Of Preparation:
To cook this dish, take the steak, cut out the fat of it, with the sharp knife, score the steak from both the sides, add Dijon mustard to it, add plenty of the pepper to it, rub it gently on both the sides of it, drizzle olive oil on the top of it, leave it for about the 2 hours.
Select the pan which is slightly bigger to the steak, add the olive oil to it, place this on the low heat, as the oil is hot, add the salt to it, spread the olive oil to all the sides of pan, place the steak on in, fry it 5 minutes, so that it will have a nice crispy texture on it, flip to the other side and then again fry it to get the crispy texture.
Take out the steak on the board and leave the juices in the skillet, take the sharp knife and cut the pieces of the steak and make the bites of it, take the onions, peel the outer layer, cut it into thin slices, take out the leaves of the rosemary, take the green chili, make the paste of it, chopped the garlic very fine.
Put the skillet of the steak on the low flame again, add the olive oil to it, add the peppercorns to it, fry it for 20 seconds, add the onions and the garlic to it, fry all of them till they get the nice golden color, add the chili paste on it, add the soy sauce to it, now fry the whole things for about the 3 minutes.
Take the bowl, add the hot water in it, add the corn starch in it, take a little whisker and whisk the corn starch to the water, like that there will not be any lumps in it, now add this mixture to the pan and keep on stirring the whole mixture, so that the corn starch will be cooked nicely, add the water to it, as the consistency is quite sticky, add the steak bites in it, cover the lid and cook it for 30 minutes over lower flame.
Transfer the whole mixture to the baking pan, add some of the parmesan cheese to it, place this directly to the oven which should be preheated at 200 degree and bake the mixture for about the 20 minutes, so that the bites will cooked from inside, take it out the bites to the plates, add the thick gravy on the top of it, garnish it with the chopped coriander leaves, you can served Asian steak bites now.
