Mouthwatering Recipe Of Quinoa Cooked With Sous Vide Vegetables

Organic quinoa is good for health and thus it is a good habit to use it in your recipes. Here is a great recipe made with Quinoa with lots of baby vegetables which makes the dish more nutritious. Lots of fruit is used in this dish and thus it is so healthy and tasty. A unique cooking method is used in this dish. So, try it in your kitchen and enjoy the dish with your family.

Quinoas Cooked With Sous Vide Vegetables:


Organic Quinoa 100 gm
cinnamon 2 gm
Bay leaves 2-3
Whole Pepper Corn 5 gm
Organic Baby Carrots 50 gm
Organic Asparagus 50 gm
Organic Baby Radish 50 gm
Orange Pieces 8-10
Pomegranate 25 gm
Lemon Juice 5 ml
Black Pepper Powder 5 gm
Olive Oil 5 ml
Orange Juice 150 ml
Lesite 10 gm (needed for foam making)


Step 1:

Pour vegetable stock in a bowl. Then pour Quinoa, cinnamon, bay leaves and whole peppercorns in it. Then take another non stick pan and pour olive oil in it. Also mix lemon juice and black pepper powder to taste in it to prepare the dressing.

Step 2:

Now mix this dressing with previously prepared Quinoa mixture. Mix well so that all the ingredients get combined. Now pour this mixture in a heat proof airtight container.

Step 3:

Chop all the baby vegetable into pieces and wash them properly with plenty of water. Then pour all the baby vegetables i.e. carrots, radish and asparagus in it. Also add butter, thyme, salt and pepper to taste in it. Now close the lid of this airtight container.

Step 4:

Take another big vessel and pour water in it. Allow it to boil in medium flame. Now place the heat proof air tight container in this vessel. Keep this container in the vessel for 15 minutes in 52 degree Celsius temperature. This method is known as “Sous Vide” method.

Step 5:

Now take another pan and boil orange juice in this pan. Then mix Lesite in this pan. Now blend this mixture with a hand blender to beat the mixture until it generates foam.

Step 6:

Now take out the airtight container from the boiling water and allow it to cool. Then pour the prepared Quinoa and veggies in a serving plate. Then pour the foam on it.

Step 7:

Garnish the Quinoa with this foam and orange slices. Your Quinoas cooked with Sous vide Vegetables is now ready to serve.
