This is extremely easy and tasty recipe for a cool dessert. It’s a fun project for the kids too. It will keep them engaged the whole afternoon. Sometimes, you don’t feel like putting too much effort for a recipe and still want tasty results. This cake recipe is of such a nature. This doesn’t require sharp tools or use of stove. Hence, the kids too love the making of recipe. The ingredients required are minimal and the making of it is not that time consuming. So go ahead, make this delicious dessert for everyone at home.

Bread slices :12
Maple syrup/ Honey: 2 tbsp
Whole milk: 1 cup
Chocolate ice cream: 3 scoops
Chocolate chips: 1 cup
Chocolate sauce: 2 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream: 3 scoops
Almond and walnut chips: 1 cup
Take a rectangular baking tray and line it with a baking sheet or cling wrap with edges dangling out of the tray. Set it aside.
Take the bread slices and remove the edges of each one with a sharp knife. Mix whole milk and honey and set it aside.
Now take the lined tray and arrange 6 of slices to cover the tray. Pour around 2 tbsp of milk honey mixture over the bread pieces. Pour half of the chocolate sauce over it.
Now add the vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly over the bread slices. Spread the almond and walnut chips over the ice cream.
Chill it for half and hour. Remove and then add the remaining 6 slices of bread. pour the remaining milk honey mix over the bread layer. Pour another half of the chocolate sauce over it.
Over this layer, add the chocolate ice cream layer and spread it evenly. Over this layer, sprinkle chocolate chips and press it with spatula.
Take the dangling side of cling wrap and cover the ice cream tight at opening. Chill this cake for around 4-5 hours. Once chilled, take it out and then manipulate the cling wrap to pull the whole cake from the baking tray. Cut this cake like you would cut bred and serve this slice with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. You can serve it post dinner or as an evening treat.
