One Yummy And Healthy Sardine Recipe

Sardine is a very tasty and nutritious fish which were praised by famous Napoleon Bonaparte and it is his praise which has introduced sardines to every part of the world. It is rich in vitamin b12 and tryptophan. It contains selenium which helps to fight free radicals. Because of the presence of vitamin D, it helps to make bones strong. 2-3 sardines
3-4 eggs
2 tablespoon corn flour
green chili
coriander leaves
3-4 mushrooms
1 bell pepper
black pepper
olive oil

Methods Of Preparation:


If it is fresh sardines then wash them properly. Cut each sardine into two pieces. Sprinkle salt and squeeze one lemon over them. Marinate the fish in lemon water for 20-30 minutes.


Break eggs in a bowl and start to whip them with the help of a fork. In the time of whipping do not forget to add pinch of salt over them. Add corn flour. Keep stirring and mix it well in egg. Be assured that there remains no lump.


Chop onion, green chili, coriander leaves, bell pepper and mushroom very finely.


In a big bowl add eggs and other vegetables. Add sardine pieces. Add tiny amount of salt. Add 1 tablespoon butter in it. Now mix everything.


Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil on a nonstick pan. Pour the egg mixture on it. Keep the lid on. Keep the flame low. Cook the egg in this process for 10-15 minutes. Low flame will serve to cook the omlette properly. Remove the lid and with the help of a sharp knife check whether the omlette and the fish are well cooked.


Remove it from pan and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle some black pepper on it and serve it hot at breakfast. It is really a heavy breakfast.
