Preparation Time : 10 Minutes
Cooking Time : 15 Minutes
Serves : 4
Basa Fillets – 4
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
Melted butter – 1 tbsp
Dried parsley – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 190 degree C. Spray the baking dish with cooking spray. You need to use non-stick cooking spray. Alternatively you can line the baking dish with a foil.
Rise the Basa fish fillets under running water. Drain the excess water and pat to dry the fish with kitchen paper. Place it in the baking dish.
Combine ingredients such as the lemon juice and garlic with melted butter. Now pour this mixture over the Basa Fish Fillets. The butter mixture will seep into the fish while baking and the flavors will sing in your mouth when you take a bite.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley on the fish. Bake the Basa for about 15 minutes or till you see the fish can be flaked easily using a fork. It should be done in 15 minutes.
Take the fish out and serve it hot with some lemon wedges. You can also serve mashed potato as the sides. You can also serve rice along with it.
