Quick Recipe Of Mushroom Crepe For Your Snacks

Do you know how to make Mushroom Crepe? This is basically a type of roll and a very healthy dish for your snacks. This easy dish is made with lots of healthy and nutritious ingredients that are good for body. This preparation is easy to make and you can do it easily.

Recipe Of Mushroom Crepe:

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Egg 1
Water 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder to taste
Melted Butter 1 tsp
Mushroom 2 cup (chopped)
Onion 1 cup (chopped)
Green chili 2 (chopped finely)
Capsicum 1 cup (chopped finely)
Tomato 2 (chopped)
Olive Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

Step 1:

Take a bowl and pour all purpose flour in it. Add melted butter, salt as per taste and water in it. Beat it to make a smooth batter out of it. Be careful when you are preparing the batter that there must not be any lump in the batter, as it can spoil your dish.

Step 2:

Now take a non stick pan and pour 3 tbsp of olive oil in it. Allow it to boil in medium heat. Pour finely chopped onion and green chili in the pan. Stir it a little and then add chopped capsicum in the pan.

Step 3:

Also add mushrooms in the pan and mix well. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes so that all the ingredients get cooked. Add chopped tomatoes, slat to taste and a little black pepper powder to taste in it.

Step 4:

Stir it continuously until all the ingredients get mixed well. When the mixture dries, turn off the flame.

Step 5:

Now take another non stick pan and pour a little olive oil in the pan. Spread it in the pan. Then pour 2 tbsp of batter in the pan and then spread it with a ladle in a round shape.

Step 6:

When one side gets fried turn it to the other side. Now pour the mushroom stuffing in to the crepe and roll it. Make more crepes with rest of the batter in the same process and serve Mushroom Crepe in your snack time.

Note:

Prepare mushrooms before you can use them in your recipe. Boil water and add salt in it. Soak the mushrooms in it for half an hour, then separate it from water and then use them in your recipe.
