This is a delicious dish in which we first cut the slices of the pork belly, then we first marinate it with the mixture of the balsamic vinegar, sugar and soy sauce, we prepare the mixture of the roasted red chili, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and olive oil, we again marinate the pork in it, we bake it in along with the mixture of the honey, brown sugar, then we grilled it and served it.The list of the complete ingredients, with the complete process is listed below.

Pork belly- 300 gm
Balsamic vinegar- 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce- 30 ml
Sugar- 1 teaspoon
Red Chili- 3
Coriander seeds- 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Honey- 2 tablespoon
Brown sugar- 1 tablespoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the pork belly, cut the fat of it with the sharp knife, now you need to cut it into long chunks, then cut it into strips, now you need to take bowl, add the water to it, add little bit of the salt to it, add all the strips to it, now leave it for sometime, so that all the dirt will get removed from the pork belly.
Now you need to add balsamic vinegar in the bowl, add the soy sauce to it, add Dijon mustard to it, add 1 teaspoon of the brown sugar to it, now you need to take add the slices of the pork belly and add this to the bowl, dip it nicely in the bowl and leave it for about the 2 hours.
Now you need to take the red chili, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, sesame seeds to the skillet, put it on the medium heat, toss the seeds gently, so that there will be a nice and pleasant smell is coming out from the spices, now transfer all the spices to the grinder jar and make the powder of it, now you need to add the olive oil to it and make the smooth paste of it, take out the pork belly from the soy sauce mixture and then poke it with the folk gently.
Now you need to take all the pork belly in the bowl, add the red chili paste in the fingers and rub gently to all over the pork belly, cover the bowl with the cling film and leave it for about the 1 hour again, so that the spices will go inside the pork belly.
Now you need to take the pan on the low heat, add the brown sugar to it, add the water to it, now slowly caramelized the mixture, take it out and allow it cool down, as the mixture is cooled, add the honey to it.
Now you need to take the baking tray, flip it and place the aluminum foil to it, press it so that it will have the shape of the tray, now flip the tray to the other side and place the aluminum foil to it, add the pork belly in it, along with the spicy mixture, pour the honey glazed mixture on it, now cover it with the remaining foil and place this inside the oven for about the 25 minutes, now take it out, grilled all the pork belly to the hot grilled pan, served the belly to the serving plate. The delicious chili glazed grilled pork belly is ready to eat.
