Recipe For Delicious Baked Chimichurri Fish Bowls At Home

We first roast the cumin and coriander seeds, we make the powder, we prepare the sauce of the cilantro, cumin, coriander powder, lime juice, we then fry the salmon fish in the in the red chili and garlic infused olive oil, we shred the meat, we also fry the red cabbage, onions in it, we boil the rice, we take the bowl, we add all the things and served it.

Baked Chimichurri Fish Bowls

Preparation Time- 10 Minutes
Cooking Time- 35 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Salmon fish- 600 gm
English mustard- 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds- 2 teaspoon
Coriander seeds- 2 teaspoon
Red chili- 1
Garlic cloves- 4
Cilantro- 1 bunch
Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
Red cabbage- 1
Onions- 2
Lime juice- 2 tablespoon
Lemon- 1
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the skillet on the low heat, as the pan is hot enough, add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds in it, we need to roast the cumin and coriander, take them out and place it to the grinder jar, make the powder of it, in the same skillet, add the olive to it, add the 1 dried red chili and the garlic cloves in it, fry it for about the 30 seconds.

Step 2

Take the mixing jar, add the leaves of the cilantro, add little bit of the olive oil to it, add the chopped onions and the garlic to it, now the olive oil mixture in it, add the dried oregano to it, season it with the salt and pepper, blend up the whole thing, so that the a nice texture in the mixture, just check about the taste of the chimichurri sauce.

Step 3

Take the salmon fish, cut the head and the tail of it, clean it in the running water and take out the shells of it, take out the stomach part of it, clean it again, cut it from middle, with the help of the sharp knife, cut both sides of the bones and take out the bone of it, now apply the English mustard on it, season it with the salt and pepper, apply little bit of the chimichurri sauce to both the sides of it.

Step 4

Take the skillet, add little bit of the olive oil to it, put it on the low heat, as the oil is hot, add the peppercorns to it, fry it for 20 seconds, take all the peppercorns out, now place the salmon fish in it, fry the fish at low flame till the skin of the fish will become golden brown and crispy, now flip to the other side and fry the skin also, take it out and shred the meat of the fish.

Step 5

Take the red cabbage, slice it very fine, take the onions, chopped it, take the cilantro chopped the leaves of it, in the same skillet, add the cabbage, onions, cilantro in it, fry it for sometime, add the lime juice in it and fry whole things for about the 1 minutes and keep on stirring, now take the bowl, add the water to it, add few drop of the oil to it, add the rice to it, cover the lid and leave it on low flame, so that all the rice should be cooked nicely.

Step 6

Take the serving bowl, add the cabbage mixture to one side, add boil rice to the other side, on the top of it, add the fish to it also, squeeze lemon on it, add the chimichurri sauce and served it. The delicious chimichurri fish bowls is ready to eat.
