This is the delicious dessert in which first we have to make the sweet custard and then convert it into the ice cream and then make a delicious caramel. All the combination is so delicious
Here Is The Recipe Of This Ice Cream
Preparation time- 30 minutes
Cooking time- 40 minutes
Cream- 750 ml
Butter- 400 gm
Caster sugar- 4 table spoon
Brown Sugar- 5 table spoon
Vanilla pod- 1
Flour- 50 gm
Almonds- roasted 100 gm
Egg yolk- 6
Chocolate chips- 100 gm
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Milk- 100 ml
Now take the fry pan and then add the cream about 500 ml into it, add the 4 table spoon of the caster sugar and then take the vanilla pod into a board and then cut in for the between and remove the black seeds of it and then add it into the mixture and then add the remaining pod into it, give a little whisk to it and then put it at the low flame and then do not allow it boil just heat is proper and remove the pan.
Now in the another bowl add the egg yolk of the 6 egg and then whisk it so that the mixture of the egg yolk will be ready, now add the hot mixture into it and then mix it properly so that all the egg yolk will be mixed in the cream. Now again pour it in the pan and then again put it at the low flame and make the spoon consistency. Now put it inside the freeze to convert it into the ice cream.
Now its time to make the caramel, Take the caster sugar and the roasted almonds. Now take a fry pan and then add the caster sugar and the water and then put it at the medium flame, and then take out a plate and spread the roasted almonds on it. Now when the colour of the water is golden brown then take it out from the flame and pour the caramel on the almonds and then with the help of the spoon spread the caramel on each almond.
To make the sundae we should have the brown sugar, butter and milk into a bowl and then add the vanilla extract into it, now add the flour and the chocolate chips into it. Now make a creamy dough and put it inside the freeze.
Now in another pan take the cream and then add the butter into it, now add the chocolate chips into it and put it on the medium heat, stir it regularly. Now take out the ice cream maker which is already place inside the refrigerator for at least 12 hours so that it will be chilled enough, now take out the custard and give it a little whisk and the pour this mixture inside the ice cream maker for 15 minutes.
Now your caramel is hard and then cut it into two equal parts and then take the one part and make it into the pieces and then add it into a small mixture jar and then grind it to make the powder of the caramel coated almonds. Now take out the ice cream and then add the powder into it and then take out the chilled butter mixture and then cut it into the pieces and your hot chocolate mixture is also boiling take it out.
Now in a ice cream glass first add the chocolate fudge and then place a piece of the butter mixture now add the ice cream and then again add the chocolate fudge on it now again place a scoop of the ice cream and then add the cookie dough. Here your ice cream is ready.
