Recipe For Delicious Lemon Blueberry Rolls At Home

This is the perfect dish as a sweet dish, in this we make the yeast mixture, we add the vanilla extract, egg to it, we make the soft elastic dough of it, then we leave it for sometime, we roll it and sprinkle lemon zest, icing sugar, blueberries to it, we roll it and cut it into slice, we place this to the tin and bake it, we also make the mixture of the cream cheese, vanilla extract, sugar, lemon juice to it and pour it on the top of it and served it.

Serves- 4

Ingredients-

Active dry yeast- 2 packet
Milk- 100 ml
Water- 40 ml
Granulated sugar- 40 gm
Butter- 50 gm
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Egg- 1
Salt- as per taste
All purpose flour- 400 gm
Lemons- 2
Fresh blueberries- 100 gm
Cream cheese- 30 gm
Icing sugar- 70 gm
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation-

Step 1-

First you need to take the jar, add warm water to it, now take the mixture of the sugar and the yeast in it, stir it, now leave it for sometime till there will be a cloudy texture on the top of it, now check the smell of the yeast is coming out, add the beaten egg in it, add the 1 teaspoon of the vanilla extract to it, mix all the things very well.

Step 2-

Take the bowl, add the all purpose flour to it, add just a pinch of the salt to it, add small ice cold cubes of the butter to it, crumble the butter to the flour with the fingers and make the breadcrumbs consistency of it.

Step 3-

Take the bowl of the dough maker, add all the flour to it, add the yeast mixture to it, now ON the machine for about the 5 to 7 minutes, so that there will be a nice soft dough of it, take the bowl, apply oil to it, place the dough in it, apply the oil on the top of it, now tap it with the fingers, take the aluminium foil and wrap the bowl with it and leave it for about the 1 hours, so that the bread will be risen up to double of its volume.

Step 4-

Take out the dough, on the board, dust the flour on it, now spread it with the help of the fingers, to the make a flat circular disk of it, take the melted butter and apply this on the top of the dough, sprinkle the zest of the lemon and icing sugar on the top of it, now add the blueberries to it, roll it and tie the ends of it.

Step 5-

Cut the ends of it, with the sharp knife, now cut the slices of it, take the baking tin, apply the butter to it, place the slices of the dough in it, take the melted butter, apply it on the top of the rolls, place the remaining rolls to the muffins tin, wrap it with the clean foil, now leave it for about the 30 minutes.

Step 6-

After the given time, place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 30 minutes, so that the top layer will get the golden brown color, now take the bowl, add the cream cheese to it, add the vanilla extract, lemon juice to it, mix it completely and apply it on the top of the rolls, now cut it in the shape of the rolls and served it hot. The dish is ready to eat.
