In this we take the chunks of the pork, then we mix the sage, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ginger, then we make the paste of it, then we add this in the sausage skin by the hammer machine, then we cook it in the smoke and then refrigerate it.

Pork meat- 350 gm
Sage- 1 handful
Salt- as per taste

Methods Of Preparation:
First take the meat of the pork shoulder, now cut it into pieces, now place this in the mixture, now blend the mixture, to get the consistency of the breadcrumbs, now take it out in the bowl, now chopped the sage, season it with the salt and pepper, add the soy sauce to it, 1 teaspoon of the all spices, grate almost 1 teaspoon of the ginger in it, now mix all the things nicely.
