Chicken- 600 gm
Beef meat- 400 gm
Garlic- 4 cloves
Ginger- 1 knot
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Red onion- 1
Butter- 20 gm
Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
Flour- 100 gm
Bay leaves- 2
Cube churns- 3
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the chicken, take out skin of it, now clean it into water, cut it into small pieces, now take the beef meat, cut the fat of it, now cut this also in the same size to the chicken.
Now take the bowl, add the water to it, put it on the low flame, add the beef pieces to it, add the whole peeled onion, clove of garlic, peppercorns and little bit of the oil, now cover the lid and boil it for about the 30 minutes, now take out the meat pieces, tap it with the kitchen paper and mix it with the chicken pieces.
Now in the bowl, add little bit of the flour, mix the onion, garlic powder to it, add the turmeric to it, add little bit of the melted butter to it, now toss all the things, now take the meat pieces and make an even layer on it.
No take the deep pan, add the olive oil to it, now put it on the low heat, as the oil is hot, add the chicken to it, now fry it nicely, sprinkle the pepper on it, leave it for about couple of minutes, so that there will be nice crispy golden brown color.
Now take the onions, chopped it roughly, now take the tomatoes, chopped it very fine and make the paste of it, now take the red chili and grind it in the pestle, now add the onions to the chicken mixture and fry it for sometime.
Now add the mixture of the tomatoes and chili and fry it for sometime, as the tomatoes are messy add the cube salt to it and mix it. Now take the cabbage and the carrots, cut it into 8 equal parts, now take the bowl, add the salted water to it, add the cabbage and carrots to it and simmer it for 10 minutes.
Now take out the vegetables and add this to the chicken mixture, then after sometime take out all the things and leave the juice in the pan, take the rice, clean it in the running water, now add this to the pan, along with some of the water, now stir it regularly, cover the lid and cook the rice for about the 10 minutes.
Now take the serving plate, add the rice to it, now place the chicken to the side of it, sprinkle the chopped parsley on it. The dish is ready to eat.
