In this we clean the turkey, then we put the mixture of the butter, sage, thyme in the skin of the turkey, then we add the carrots, garlic, celery, apple inside the turkey and bake it, we prepare the mixture of the apple cider, butter and brown sugar and pour this to the turkey and again bake it, now take juices of the turkey and add the flour the fat and cook it and then served it.

Celery- 2 stalks
Garlic- 3 cloves
Thyme- 3 sprigs
Rosemary- 3 sprigs
Sage- 1 tablespoon
Parsley- 4 sprigs
Turkey- 1 kg whole
Butter- 1 knob unsalted
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First we need to take the turkey with the skin, take out the stomach of it, now clean it with the running water, take the kitchen paper and tap the turkey from the inside and from the outside.
Now take the warm glass, put it on the top of the butter, remove the glass your butter will get soften, now chopped the sage and thyme very fine, now mix it very well, season it with the salt and pepper.
Now take the turkey, give a cut mark to the meat and skin, now place the butter mixture inside the skin of the turkey, spread it all over, now apply the butter on the all over the turkey.

Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, now add the apple cider to it, now add the brown sugar to it, reduce it to the half, now add the cubes of the butter to it and mix it well till all the cubes get dissolve completely.
Now take the apple cider, pour this on the top of the turkey, now place this inside the oven at 160 degree Celsius for 60 minutes, but after each 15 minutes, take it out and pour the juices of the tray on it.
We take the juices of the turkey and separate the fat from it, now take the bowl, put it on the low heat, add the flour to it, now stir it regularly so that there will be a thick paste of it, now add the juices to it and give it a nice whisk, so that the flour will get completely dissolved. Now take it out in another bowl and cool it down, add the fresh chopped rosemary to it.
Now take the turkey, cut the wings and legs of it, now take out all the vegetables from it, now served it in the serving plate, take the juice and pour it little bit to the vegetables and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
