Recipe For The Delicious Bacon And Mushroom Cannelloni At Home

This is the Italian dish and it is so tasty. In this we take the bacon, leek and mushrooms and fry it in the butter, we take the tube and fill it with the mixture, then we make the delicious sauce of the of the flour. Now both the things are combined and we add the breadcrumbs to make the crispy skin on, this will then baked.

Preparation Time- 20 minutes

Leek- 1 sliced
Chestnut mushrooms- 1 handful
Garlic- 2 cloves
Butter- 100 gm
Parsley- 1 handful fresh
All purpose flour- 40 gm
Milk- 750 ml
Cannelloni tubes- 15
Blue cheese- 1 chunk
Breadcrumbs- 1 handful
Garlic bread- 1

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First take the bacon, mushrooms and the leek and chopped it very fine, so that it can go inside the tube. Now take the pan, add little bit of the oil in it, now put it on the low flame and as the oil is hot, add the butter to it, now take the leek add it and fry it for sometime.

Step 2

As the leek is soften add the bacon and the mushroom to it and fry it nicely, now season it with the salt and pepper and mix up the whole things. Now toss the whole things nicely, add the white wine vinegar to it and leave it for the sometime so that the bacon will be cooked.

Step 3

Now take the fresh parsley and chopped it finely, now add this to the bowl and add the bacon to it, now mix the whole thing. Now take the tray and brush the butter in it. Now take the pipe, cover the bottom of it, now fill this mixture in it and place this in the tray.

Step 4

Now in the bowl, add the butter to it, put it on the low flame, as the butter is melted add the flour to it, Now add the bay leaves in it, now mix the whole things well, so that there will be nice dough of it.

Add 1 splash of milk to it, stir it regularly so that it will have the lumps free mixture, as the milk is disappear add 1 splash of the milk again and make a thick consistency mixture of it, now take out the bay leaves from the mixture, it is the Italian way of cooking. Last season it with the salt and pepper and bubble it for some time, so that the flour will be cooked.

Step 6

Now at the end of the tubes take the cheese and fill it so that the mixture will not come out from the ends of the tubes. Now take the mixture and pour it on the top of all the tubes so that all the tubes will be submerged in it.

Step 7

Now take the slices of the bread, put them in the jar and make the breadcrumbs of it, now take the cheddar cheese and grate it nicely, now mix the breadcrumbs and cheese and add this to the top of the mixture. Now this will go inside the oven at 160 degree celcius for 45 minutes.

Now take it out, cut it into the four equal part and served it in the serving plate, along with the garlic bread. The dish is ready to eat.
