Recipe For The Delicious Bacon And Spinach Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

This is the delicious dish of the big mushrooms, in this we clean the portobello mushrooms and then we fry it in olive oil, we fry the bacon and toast the breadcrumbs, we tender the spinach and then we fry the garlic, bacon, breadcrumbs, spinach together, we season it, then we place all the things to the baking tray, cover it with the cheese and then bake it and served it.

Portobello mushrooms- 2
Bacon- 3 slices
Baby spinach- 1 handful
Garlic- 2 cloves
Bread slices- 2
Salt- as per taste
Mozzarella cheese- 30 gm
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
White wine- 100 ml

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the bread slices in the blending jar, now make the breadcrumbs of it, make sure the consistency should be thick, now take the pan, put it on the high heat, as the pan is hot, add few drops of the olive oil to it, now toast the whole breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Now take the mushrooms, with the help of the spoons, scoop out the gills of it, now take the deep pan, add little bit of the olive oil to it, as the oil is hot, place the mushroom to the brown side down, now leave it for 1 minute so that it will get fried.

Step 3

Now take the bacon, cut it into pieces of about 1 inch long, now take the same pan, do not add olive oil to it, now fry the bacon in the same pan for about 5 minutes, stir it regularly so that the bacon will not get burnt, now take it out and tap it with the kitchen cloth.

Step 4

Now take the bowl, add the hot boiling water to it, add season the water with the salt and pepper, now add the spinach to it, now leave the spinach for about the 10 minutes, so that it will get soften, after the given time, drain the water and place the spinach to the muslin cloth and squeeze it so that there will not be any water to it.

Step 5

Add little bit of the oil to pan, make it hot, now add the finely chopped garlic to it, toss it for about 30 seconds, so that the color of the garlic will become dark brown, now take add the spinach to it, mix it with the garlic, cover the lid and leave it for about 1 minute, now add the toasted breadcrumbs to it, add the bacon to it, add the white wine to it, now leave the mixture till all the wine will get evaporated.

Step 6

Now you need to take the baking tray, place the aluminium foil to it, make sure that the foil should cover all the tray, now drizzle it with the olive oil, place the mushrooms on it with the fry side down to the foil, now on the top of it add the bacon mixture, make sure the mixture should be on the mushrooms only, now take the mozzarella cheese and grate it all over the mushrooms.

Step 7

Now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 20 minutes, now take it out and served it in the serving plate, garnish it with the mint leaves. The dish is ready to eat.
