Beer- 1/2 glass
Garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Oregano- 1 teaspoon

Rib- 300 gm
Avocado- 1 diced
Chilies- 1 tablespoon
Tomato puree- 200 gm
Bacon- 4 slices

Methods Of Preparation:
First we take the bowl and then we add the half glass of beer into it and then we add the garlic powder, cumin powder, oregano and the salt into it and then we will whisk it nicely so that there will be uniform texture.
Now we take the lobe of the ribs of the beef and then take out the excess fat from it and then we cut it into the pieces and the we will marinate it in the beer and leave this for sometime. Now in another pan we will take the water and put this on the medium flame and then we will boil it.
