In recipe we bake the sweet potatoes, turnip and swede with the water, then we mash it and add the parsley and maple syrup to it, we fry the sausages and bake it, we also fry the onions with brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce and chicken stock, then all of these is served together.

Sweet potatoes- 4
Red onion- 4
Oil- 100 ml
Brown sugar- 2 tablespoon
Maple syrup- 1 teaspoon
Garlic- 2 cloves
Soy sauce- 1 shot
Chicken stock- 400 ml
Slat- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the sweet potatoes peel it and chopped it, now take turnip and swede, peel it and cut it into rough chunks, take the 2 baking tray, add turnip and swede in one tray and sweet potatoes in another tray, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 1 hour.
Now take the red onions, sliced it very fine, now take the bowl, put it on the medium heat, now add the oil to it, as the oil is hot, add the onions to it, now add the brown sugar to it, mix it well and leave this mixture for about the 10 minutes.
Now take the sausage, pinch it with the knife, now take the fry pan, add the cooking oil to it, put it on the low heat, now add the sausage on it, fry the whole thing from all the sides, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes.
As the onions are sticky, add the chopped garlic and coriander to it, add 1 shot of the soy sauce to it, add the chicken stock to it and boil it again for the 10 minutes. Take out the vegetables in the single tray and mash it to make the paste of it, add the maple syrup and chopped coriander to it.
Now take the hot boiling water, add the mange tout in it, now drain out the water, take the fry pan, add the butter to it, now toss the mange tout in it nicely, season it with the salt and pepper.
Now take the mashed insert the sausages in it, place the fried mange tout to the corner, served it with red onion gravy. The dish is ready to eat.
