Serves- 3

Ingredients

Artichokes- 3
Green peas- 400 gm
Water- 1 liter
Cilantro- 1 bunch
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
Ginger powder- 1 teaspoon
Saffron- 1 pinch
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Garlic cloves- 3
Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
Beef meat- 700 gm

Methods Of Preparation

Step 1

First you need to take the small bowl, now take the salt, pepper, ginger powder, turmeric powder, add little bit of the water to it, mix it well to make the smooth paste of it, now take the beef meat, now rub it gently with the hands, now cover the bowl with the clean foil, now leave this mixture for about the 30 minutes inside the refrigerator.

Step 2

Now take onions, peel it and cut it into quarters, now take the garlic cloves, crushed it and peel it, now take the jar, put the onions in it, add little bit of the water to it, now make the cream paste of it.

Step 3

Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, add little bit of the oil to it, as the oil is hot, add the garlic to it, now fry it, add the onions paste to it, fry this for about the 5 minutes, now add the beef meat to it cover the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes with the covered lid, meanwhile flip the meat to the other side.

Step 4

Now take the fresh bunch of the cilantro, add this to the beef, now cover the meat with the water, raise the flame to the medium level, now cook the meat for about the 40 minutes, stir the whole mixture mean while and add the water also.

Step 5

Now take the bowl, add the water to it, now put it on the medium flame, add the 2 half of lemon in it, now cover the lid and as the water start boiling add the artichokes in it, now cover it with the glass tray, so that the artichokes will cooked properly.

Step 6

Now take them out in the bowl and add the cold water to it, so that the artichokes will cool down. Now take out all the leaves of the artichokes, cut the bottom portion now make the cavity in it, do the same for all the artichokes, now put them inside the meat mixture.

Step 7

Now take the green peas in the bowl, add little bit of the water to it, now place this inside the oven for about the 5 minutes, now take them out and add to the beef mixture, now cover the lid and cook the whole for about the 15 minutes, now take them out the beef meat and peas to the serving, now at the top of it, add the artichokes and then pour the juice of the meat. The dish is ready to eat.
