Recipe For The Delicious Beetroot Gnocchi At Home

It is very interesting vegetarian dish and looked stunning on the plate, when served up. First we fry the onions, garlic then we add the beetroot to it. Then we add the cream cheese to it and fry it, we make the paste of it. We take the mashed potatoes and poached it, then we fry it along with the paste of it. Then we served it.

Onion- 1
Garlic- 2 cloves
Beetroot- 2
Oil- 1 glug
Cream cheese- 2 tablespoon
Potatoes- 3
Flour- 100 gm
Goat cheese- 100 gm

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First we take the onion, peel it and chopped it, then we take the garlic, crushed it and chopped, we take the beetroot, remove the outer skin, now cut it into the chunks. Take the pan, put it on the low heat, now add the oil in it, as the oil is hot, add the onions to it, add the garlic to it, now as both are soften add the beetroot to it. Now mix all the things.

Step 2

As the beetroot is soften, add the cream cheese to it, mix all the things, now as the cheese started bubbling, remove it from the flame, now take the blender, put all of this in it, now mix all the things to make the smooth paste of it.

Step 3

Now take the mashed potatoes, and the flour, mixed it very well to make the soft dough, now make the chunks of it, take the boiling water and add this to it, now poached it in the water, take it out and soaked it in the tissue paper.

Step 4

Now take the oil and sprinkle over the potato chunks, season it with the salt and pepper, now toss it very fine, as it has the golden color, now add the paste to it. Now cook it for the 10 minutes.

Step 5

Now take the pan, add the beetroot to it, now take the chucks of the goat cheese, sprinkle the chopped thyme to it. Garnish it with the slices of the lime to it.
