Recipe For The Delicious Beetroot Tarte Tatin Recipe At Home

It is a vegetarian dish, in this we fry the beetroot in the oil, with thyme, then we add the butter, brown sugar, port, cherry vinegar to it, we covered it with the puff pastry and then we bake it, we also boiled the golden beetroot, we cut the slices of the blood oranges, then we add this on the top of the beetroot and enjoy it with the maple syrup.

Ingredients:

Beetroot- 4
Golden beetroot- 1
Blood orange- 1
Thyme- 4 sprig
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 1 knob
Brown sugar- 1 tablespoon
Port- 1 shot
Cherry vinegar- 2 tablespoon
Puff pastry- 1 roll
Whole grain mustard- 1 tablespoon
Egg- 1
Goat cheese- 50 gm
Maple syrup- 1 tablespoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First take the beetroots, peel it and dice it, take out the leaves of the thyme, now take the hot oil in the pan and place the beetroots in it, now season it with the salt and pepper, add thyme to it, now place it on the medium flame and fry it for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Now add the butter to it, add the brown sugar along with 1 shot of port to it, now add 2 tablespoon of the cherry vinegar to it, now again leave it for the 5 minutes, so that the juices will become syrup.

Step 3

Take the puff pastry unroll it, give it the shape of the pan, now rub the whole grain mustard on it, now flip it to the pan, brush the top of the pan with the beaten egg, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 25 minutes.

Step 4

Now take the water in the pan, add little bit of the water in it, place the beetroot in it, now leave it for 15 minutes, now cool it and then peel it nicely, now take the blood orange, peel it and chopped it into slices, take the goat cheese and cut it into chunks.

Step 5

Now take out the beetroot from the oven, flip it in another plate, now add the goat cheese on the top of it, add blood orange and golden beetroot on the top of it, take the maple syrup and pour it on the top of it. The dish is ready to eat.
