Recipe For The Delicious Black Pudding Fritters With The Bacon

Black Pudding Fritters

Preparation Time- 10 minutes
Cooking Time- 30 minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients

Black pudding- 300 gm
Onion- 1
Shallot- 1
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Egg- 2 beaten
Flour- 100 gm
Breadcrumbs- 20 gm
Cooking oil- 500 ml
Pear- 2
Apple- 2
Broccoli- 1 handful
Bacon strips- 10
Cherry tomatoes- 5

Methods Of Preparation

Step 1

First we take the onion, shallot, peel it and slice it nicely, now take a pan, put it on the low heat, add little bit of the oil to it, now add the onion and shallot to it, now fry it, add the dried oregano to it, now add little bit of the soy sauce to it.

Step 2

Now take the black pudding in the bowl, season it with the salt and pepper, now mix it with the vegetable mixture, now in the three different bowls, take the flour, beaten egg and the breadcrumbs, mix all one by one.

Step 3

Now take the bowl, add the cooking oil in it, now put it on the medium heat, as the oil is hot, add the pudding to it, now fry it for the 5-6 minutes, till the skin of the pudding has the golden color on it. Now take it out and place this in the tissue paper.

Step 4

Now take the apple and pear, peel it and turn it into the pieces, now take the bowl, add the salted water in it, now put it on the medium heat, as the water it boiling, add the pieces of the apple and the pear in it, now boil it for the 15 minutes with the covered lid, now drain out the water, season it with the pepper and a pinch of smoked paprika.

Step 5

Now cook the broccoli in salted water. Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, add little bit of the olive oil in it, now add the broccoli in it, now fry it for 2-3 minutes, stir it regularly, now take the pear and apple, add this to it, now with the help of masher, mash them, now add little bit of the white wine in it, boil it for some time.

Step 6

Now take the bacon strip, cut it into the slices, now place this in the baking tray, now add little bit of the honey on it, now to the other side of the baking tray add the half cut of the cherry tomatoes, now put this in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes. Serve it and enjoy it.
