This is the healthy dish in which we have the combination of eggs and salmon fish. In this first we separate the egg white and egg yolk, we whipped the egg white and whisk the egg yolk with the milk, buckwheat flour, all purpose flour, sugar, activated yeast mixture, we add the egg white in it, place it in the microwave and then fry it in the butter and bake it, we also scrambled the egg, we grilled the salmon fish and then we make the layers of it and served it.

Buckwheat flour- 80 gm
All purpose flour- 50 gm
Granulated sugar- 2 teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Active dry yeast- 1 packet
Dried mustard- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 2 tablespoon
Whole milk- 1 cup
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Chives- 1 chopped
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to crack the egg and separate the egg white and egg yolk in different bowl, now whisk the egg white with the melted butter, so that there will soft white peaks in it, take the bowl, add the dry yeast to it, now add sugar to it, add the milk to it and leave it for sometime.
As the bubbles formed in the milk, pour this mixture to the egg yolk and whisk it nicely so that all the parts will be mixed smoothly, now take the bowl, add the all purpose flour, buckwheat flour, salt, dried mustard to it, mix it nicely, add this to the egg yolk mixture, mix it nicely so that there will not be any lumps in it.
Add the whipped egg white in it also, now cover the bowl with the towel and place this inside the microwave for about the 30 minutes, so that it will be risen up, now take the skillet, put it on the low heat, add the butter to it, as the butter is melted, add the mixture to it and bake it from both the sides, take it out and place this to the baking tray and place this inside the oven for about the 10 minutes at 150 degree Celsius.
Now take the bowl, crack 4 eggs in it, season it with the slat and pepper, now add milk to it, add the chopped chives to it, whisk all the things nicely, take the same skillet, add little bit of the butter to it, now pour the egg mixture to it, slowly cook it and scratch the cooked egg from the edges, so the egg will be perfectly scrambled, make sure it will not get burnt from any sides and if it is then remove the burnt part.
Now take the slices of the salmon fish, poke it with the folk, now season it with the salt and pepper, rub the English mustard to it, now take the hot grill pan, pour the soy sauce to it, now fry the fish in it from all the sides.
Now take out the egg cakes from the oven, place it on the serving plate, place the scrambled egg on it, add the slices of the salmon fish on the top of it, now place the cake on the top of it also, garnish it with the basil leaves and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
