Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the bowl, add the water to it, put it on the low flame, season it with the salt and pepper, now add the tomatoes in it, cover it with the lid, leave it for about 5 minutes, after the given time drain the water, take out the tomatoes, allow it to cool.
Now take the sharp knife, make the cavity in the tomatoes, insert the garlic cloves in it, now chopped the coriander leaves in it, take the blending jar, add the tomatoes to it, add the coriander leaves to it, add little bit of the water to it, now make the paste of it, take it out and keep it aside.
Now take the celery chopped it very fine, take the leeks, cut the leaves of it, chopped it properly, take the carrot, peel it, chopped it, take the rosemary leaves chopped it also, take the sausages, cut it half, take the garlic cloves, crushed it, peel it and chopped it.
Take the bowl, add little bit of the oil to it, put it on the low heat, as the bowl is hot, add the sausages to it, fry the sausages so that it will change the color little bit, keep on rolling the bowl, so that it will not get burnt.
