Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the asparagus, cut the top and the bottom of it, now cut the slices of it, now peel the slices of the asparagus in the running water, tap it with the kitchen cloth, now wrap it with the aluminum foil, place it inside the oven for about the 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
Now take the spinach in the bowl, add 1 cube of the butter to it, now place this on the low flame, now add the water to it, season it with the salt and pepper, cover the lid and cook it for about the 10 minutes, as you see the spinach is tendered, then take it out to the tissue paper and make it completely dry.
Take the shallot, peel it and chopped it, now take the garlic cloves, crush it and chopped it very fine, take the pan, add the oil to it, put it on the low heat, add the shallot and minced garlic to it, now fry the whole thing nicely, as the shallots become translucent add the asparagus to it, season it with the salt and pepper, add the spinach to it, leave it for sometime, so that all the asparagus will be cooked nicely.
Take the tooth pick, insert it to the asparagus, if it is coming out easily, then add the balsamic vinegar to it, now leave it for about 2 minutes, take the baguette, cut it into diagonally.
Put the grill pan on the medium heat, add little bit of olive oil to it, as the pan is hot, add the baguette slices on it, now leave it for about the 3 minutes to each side, so that there will be nice crust texture. Take the garlic clove, peel it, now rub it to each side of the roasted baguette and make sure that there should be a smell of the garlic coming out to the baguette.
Now place an aluminum foil to the baking tray, now grease it with the olive oil, place all the baguette to it, drizzle it with the olive oil, now place the asparagus mixture on it, now place the slices of prosciutto to it, add the mozzarella cheese on it, place the basil leaves on it, now cover it with the other slice of the baguette, insert 1 toothpick in it, now put this plate inside the oven for about the 15 minutes for about the 10 minutes, now take it out, transfer it to the serving plate and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
