First we bake the chicken wings in the hot oven, then we fry the onion, garlic, celeriac, carrots, we add the wings in it, we cook it in the bay leaves, water and red wine. we sieve it and cook the juice and add the corn flour to it, we take the chicken legs, add goose fat and bake it, we take out the meat form it and fry it, then we bake the slices of the carrots with maple syrup, we also make the french fries and fry it.

Chicken wings- 500 gm
Chicken legs- 500 gm
Garlic- 2 cloves
Bay leaves- 2
Peppercorns- 1 teaspoon
Red wine- 1 glass
Corn flour- 1 tablespoon
Flour- 50 gm
Maple syrup- 1 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese- 100 gm
Methods Of Preparation:
First take the chicken wings, place this in the baking tray, put this inside the oven at 220 degree Celsius for about the 20 minutes.
Now take onion, garlic, celeriac, carrots, chopped it roughly, now take the pan, put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add all the vegetables to it, now season it with the salt and pepper, fry it for sometime.
Now take the carrot, cut it into long chunks, season it with the salt and pepper, now add the maple syrup to it, mix all the things well, now place this is in the baking tray, place this inside the oven at 200 degree Celsius for about the 30 minutes.
Take out your roast chicken wings, into the vegetables, add water to it, 2 bay leaves, peppercorns, add 1 glass of the red wine to it, now leave the mixture for about the 4 hours on low flame.
Now take the chicken legs, place this in the baking tray, season it with the salt and pepper, add 2 tablespoon of the goose fat to it, now add the water to it, add roughly chopped thyme and rosemary to it, add 2 cloves of garlic to it, take the aluminium foil and place it on the top it, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 2 hours.
Now as the chicken wings mixture bubbles for the several hours, now pass it from the thin sieve, now place it in the bowl, now put this on the medium flame and reduce the curry to the half. Take the small bowl, add the corn flour and the water to it, now add this to the curry.
Now take the potatoes, peel it, cut the top and bottom, now cut it into big chunks, to give it the shape of the french fries, now take the 2 different bowl, add the flour to the first, beaten egg to the second, now take the potato, dip in the flour first, then to the egg, now take the pan, add the cooking oil to it, now place the potatoes in it and fry it for 3 minutes, take it out and place this on the tissue paper, so that there will not be any oil in it.
Take out the chicken legs, pull out the meat from it, now take pan, put it on the low heat, add oil to it, now fry the meat in it. Now make it crisp. Take the plate, place the fried potatoes to it, grate Parmesan cheese to it, spread the fried chicken to it, now pour the mixture of the curry to it, served the carrots in another plate. The dish is ready to eat.
