Preparation Time- 15 minutes
Cooking Time- 30 minutes
Chicken breast- 4 slices
Spinach- 250 gm
Lemon, garlic water- 300 ml
Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil- 200 ml
Goat Cheese- 100 gm
Bread corner- 1 bowl
Methods Of Preparation:
Take the chicken breast and make sure that it should be the strips and then if there is any white mark then you should cut it with the knife so that it will cook inside. Now in another bowl take the spinach and dip it in a lemon garlic salt water and then after 15 minutes, place the spinach on the top of the chicken breast.
Take the walnuts and then fry it for 2 minutes and then grind it, need not to make the powder of it just very small pieces and now spread these on the chicken breast as like the spinach. Now take the goat cheese and then also spread this on the top of the spinach on the chicken breast. The goat cheese it slightly sweet in nature. Now sprinkle the black pepper on it. Now roll the chicken and seal the mouth of the chicken by the tooth pick so that it will not come out when you bake it and all the flavors will remain inside the breast.
Now take the flour and then roll the chicken in it, so that the flour will stick to the chicken, now take the egg white and apply it on the chicken and then dip it in the flour this will give the crunchiness to the chicken.
Now in another fry pan take the vegetable oil and the keep the flame at the medium level and then add 2 garlic cloves into it and then place the chicken breast into it to fry. Fry the chicken from the one side till the color of the side will be of the brown and then change the side and then again do the process, do this process so that each part of the chicken will have the brown color, now add the white wine into it and cook it for the 15 minutes.
Now take another pan and then take out the chicken breasts into it and then pour the remaining sauce of the chicken on it and place it inside the oven for 15 minutes, so that the chicken will have the crunchiness and all the stuffing will be cook properly.
Now in another pan take the vegetable oil and add garlic cloves into it and then add the corners of the bread into it. Toss it and then cook it for 5 minutes, so that it will become crunchy. Now take out the chicken and place this on the chicken and mix it with the chicken sauce and now again place it inside the oven for another 5-6 minutes.
Now take out the dish from the oven and place it in the serving plate, now you just remove the toothpick and the then eat the chicken first and then eat the bread with the sauce.
