This street food is loved by everyone and it is so delicious. In this we first roast a chicken marinated with the soy sauce, butter, red paprika and oregano, then we shred the meat of it and fry it, we also tour the chicken cheese steak and fry it in the cooking oil along with the american cheese, we make a hole in the hoagie roll and fill it with the prepared filling, then we toast it also, we garnish it with the fried onions, tomato and lettuce leaves and served it.

Chicken cheese steak- 400 gm
Vegetable oil- 2 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce- 1 teaspoon
Red paprika- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 1 knob
Egg yolk- 1
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Garlic- 2 cloves
American cheese- 4 slices
Hoagie rolls- 2
Lettuce- shredded
Tomato- 1
Red onion- 1
Olive oil- 1 teaspoon
Oregano- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation

Step 1

First you need to take the whole chicken, clean it properly in running water, take the soft butter, now rub the butter on the chicken gently, in the bowl, take 1 tablespoon of the ginger garlic paste, chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of the soy sauce, oregano, 1 teaspoon of red paprika, 1 egg yolk, now mix all the thing nicely and apply the mixture on the chicken gently, now leave it for sometime.

Step 2

Place this chicken on the baking tray, put it inside the oven for about the 30 minutes, now take it out and with the help of the sharp knife, take out the meat of it, shred the meat and place it in a separate bowl.

Step 3

Now take the chicken cheese steak, tour it in the bowl, add little bit of the melted butter to it, take the skillet, put it on the low flame, add the cooking oil to it, as the oil it hot, add the chicken cheese steak to it and set the flame to the medium and fry it, add the salt as per taste, pepper and dried oregano to it, now place the american cheese slices on the top of it and fry it.

In another skillet, add butter to it, now take the shredded meat and the juice of it, now fry the whole things for sometime, take it and keep it in the another plate, now take the onions, cut it into slices in the ring shape, now take the bowl, add the water to it, place all the rings to it and leave it in the water for sometime.

Step 5

Take the mushrooms, cut it into quarter, add this to the same skillet and fry it till the color become dark, now fry the rings of the onions also, take the hoagie rolls, cut it from half in such a manner that there will be cavity form inside it, now with the help of the hands, take out the inner bread from it.

Mix the cheese steak mixture with the shredded chicken and place it inside the hoagie rolls, now place this roll to the hot skillet and toast it, now on the top of it place the place the fried onions and the add the tomato slices on the top of it, do the same for all of the rolls, garnish it with the lettuce leaves and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
