Recipe For The Delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu At Home

This is the delicious dish and we can serve it as a part of main course or snacks. In this we take out the meat of the chicken breast, spread it from middle, make if flat, then we place the ham and cheese slices on it, we roll it and seal it, we also season the all purpose flour, beaten egg yolk mixture and breadcrumbs, we coat the roll with flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry it, then we bake it and served it in slices.

Chicken- 1 whole
Deli ham- 4 slices
Deli Swiss cheese- 100 gm
Eggs- 2
Thyme leaves- 2 teaspoon
Dijon Mustard- 2 tablespoon
Bread slices- 3
All Purpose Flour- 50 gm
Oil- 2 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the deep bowl, crack 2 egg in it, now with the help of the egg separator, take out the egg yolk and keep the egg white aside, now whisk the egg yolk nicely, add little bit of the salt and the pepper, whisk it until there will be bubbles on it.

Step 2

Now take the pan, put it on the high heat, as the pan is hot, place the bread slices on it, one by one and toast it from both the sides, put it on in the jar and make the crispy breadcrumbs of it, take out to the bowl, season it with the salt and pepper, add the fresh thyme leave in it, season the all purpose flour little bit.

Take the whole chicken, take out the skin of it, now cut the legs of it, take out the breast of it, with the help of the sharp knife take out the whole boneless part of it completely, do the same with the leg meat also and keep all of them in the big plate.

Now take the chicken breast, cut it from the middle spread it on the chopping board, cover it with the clean foil and with the help of the kitchen hammer tap it so that there will be flat surface of the chicken, now do this with the leg meat also and place it on the top of the chicken.

Remove the foil, apply a thin layer of the Dijon mustard on it, place the ham on it, then on the top of the ham, place the cheese slices, now roll it tightly and at the top of it, insert some of the toothpicks and seal the mouth, do the same with the other boneless chicken meat.

Now take the meat, roll it to the mixture of the flour, then to the egg mixture and last of the breadcrumbs, take the skillet, put it on the low heat, add little bit of the oil to it, now fry the roll from all the sides, now do the same with the other also.

Take the grill stand, place the roll on it, now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 20 minutes, so that all the things will be cooked from inside, now take it out, cut it into slices, place this to the serving plate, squeeze 1 lemon on it, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on it and served it with the green chili sauce. The dish is ready to eat.
