Recipe For The Delicious Chicken Corn Chowder At Home

Chicken dishes are so delicious and in this we first take out the corns from the corn ear, then we cut the chicken thighs and legs, we fry the bacon, we fry the seasoned chicken in it, we add the chopped onions, celery, tomato, potato and fry it, then we add the water, chicken, bacon and boil it, we add the corn and shred the meat of the chicken and add meat to the mixture we add the heavy cream and served it.

Chicken Corn Chowder

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 40 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Corn- 4 ears
Onion- 1
Red bell pepper- 1
Potato- 1
Celery- 1 stalk
Bacon- 4 strips
Chicken- 3
Butter- 1 tablespoon
Flour- 1 tablespoon
Water- 400 ml
Heavy cream- 30 ml
Parsley- 20 gm
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the chicken, take out the skin of it, cut it half from the middle, clean it proper in the running water, now cut the legs and the thigh of the chicken, take the folk and make the holes in it, season it with the salt and pepper to one side.

Step 2

Just peel the ear of the corn, cut the bottom of it, take the deep bowl, place a small bowl in it, now place the corn on it and cut it side ways by a sharp knife, so that all the corn will come out to the bowl.

Step 3

Take the pan, add the olive oil to it, put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add the chopped bacon to it, fry it for 3 minutes, so that it will become crispy, take out to the tissue paper, now place the chicken to the season side down to the pan, fry it for 2 minutes, season the other side of the chicken and flip the chicken and cook it also for 2 minutes, over the medium flame.

Step 4

Take out the chicken to the tissue paper, take the onions, peel it, sliced it very fine, take the celery peel it and chopped it, take the potatoes, cut it into slices, chopped the tomatoes also, add all these vegetables to the skillet, now fry it for sometime, so that all the vegetables will be slightly cooked, season it with the salt and pepper.

Step 5

Add the butter to it, as the butter is melted add the flour to it, stir it regularly till the flour will be absorbed by the juices of the vegetables, add the water to it, add the fried to it and leave the mixture so that it will start boiling, add the corn to it, now leave the mixture for about the 10 minutes, as you see the corns are at the top.

Step 6

Take out the chicken from the mixture, add allow to cool down it, leave it mixture so that it will be boiling and the volume of it should be reduced to half, now shred the meat of the chicken with the help of the two folks, now add the chicken meat to it and add the heavy cream to it, add the chopped parsley to it, add little bit of the Italian seasoning to it, now leave the mixture so that it will have a thick consistency, now take it out to the serving bowl and served it along with the slices of bread.
