Delicious Chicken Flautas With Avocado Crema

This is the delicious Mexican street food. In this we take the avocado, sour cream, onion, garlic, cilantro, then we make the smooth paste of it, we fry this in the pan. We marinate the chicken in the turmeric, ginger garlic paste, oil, then we boil the chicken and shred it nicely, then we make the tortilla by the dough of the corn and all purpose flour, we place the chicken on the tortilla and fry it and served it.

Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Avocado- 2
Onion- 1
Lime- 1 tablespoon
Cilantro- 6 tablespoon
Garlic- 2 cloves
Sour cream- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Chicken Breasts- 3 large
Corn flour- 2 tablespoon
All purpose flour- 4 tablespoon
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Oil- 150 ml
Cabbage- 1/2

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First take the avocado, cut it out from the middle, sliced it very fine, take the onion and the garlic, peel and chopped it very fine, take the jar, add the sour cream to it, then we add the avocado to it, we add the garlic, onion, lime juice, cilantro and salt, then we grind the whole thing to make the smooth paste of it, add the water to it, to make the thick consistency.

Step 2

Now take the pan, put it on the low heat, add the oil to it, now place the garlic clove to it, fry it till it become dark, now remove it, add the paste to it and fry it for 3 minutes, stir it regularly.

Step 3

Now take the chicken, put it in the bowl, add the turmeric, ginger garlic paste, little bit of the oil to it, add the yogurt to it, now mix all the things leave it for couple of hours, now take the bowl, put it on the low heat, add the water to it, add bay leaves in it, add the chicken mixture to it and cook it for about the 15 minutes.

Step 4

Now as the color of the chicken changed to the little bit of white, then we take it out drain the broth, now make the chicken completely dry, now take out the meat from the bones and shred the chicken nicely.

Step 5

Now take the bowl, add the corn flour, all purpose flour to it, add little bit of the baking soda to it, mix all the things, now add the salt as per taste, add the water and make the smooth dough of it.

Step 6

Make the small balls of it, now take the clean film, place the ball in it, now roll it to make the circular disk of it, take the skillet, place this on the medium flame, ad the skillet is hot, place the tortilla on it and toss it till there will be small dark spots on it. Do the same for others.

Step 7

Now take the tortilla, place the shredded chicken on it, now roll the tortilla, insert 1 tooth pick in it, now take the pan, add plenty of oil in it, now place these tortilla in it, now fry till it become golden brown, now tap it with the tissue paper.

Step 8

Now place this on the serving plate, add the cream on it, now take the serving bowl, add the green sauce to it. The dish is ready to eat.
